Video Games Live
Live Events / 2005
When game industry veterans Tommy Tallarico and Jack Ward hatched a concept for a live show that featured the best game music combined with synchronized lighting, video, live action and audience interactivity, they sought out Railton to design their premier show featuring the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood bowl.
Video Games Live has been praised for showing an older generation that video game music is not just “bleeps and bloops” but can have the orchestral complexity of a symphony.
Railtons synthesis of dramatic theatrical design and cutting-edge technology kicked off the most successful video game concert tour in the world.
