Railton collaborated with Steve Martin’s Natural Encounters, the preeminent animal behaviorists, to create a free-flying outdoor arena show.

With an emphasis on music and minimal trainer intervention, birds fly in artificial lights accompanied by a theatrical score that highlights their natural behavior in a series of vignettes that entertain, educate and deliver an inspirational message of hope.

Produced for the San Diego Zoo, Soar’s revolutionary design re-defines the possibilities for current animal awareness entertainment.
